How to cancel an order:
If you wish to cancel but the goods are already on their way to you, or have been received by you, you may contact us in writing (this can be by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org) stating that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will provide a returns address for you to return
the item to.
You will be required to take all reasonable care of the item and return it to us by recorded delivery within 7 days of your written cancellation, in the same
condition you received it in please. The return of the goods will be at your own cost and must be via a sign-for service (you may re-use the packaging, to
assist). If goods are not received back at the address provided by us within that 7 day period we reserve the right to pass reasonable charges to you for
their recovery by ourselves.
A reimbursement to you for the original item cost and the delivery charge we made when we first despatched it will be made within 14 days of your dated
written notice of cancellation, as long as the goods have been received back by ourselves in the same condition we despatched them in.
As our items are of vintage quality, please bear in mind that we will have described them and photographed them to give you as accurate an idea as we
possibly can as to their condition. They will not be in 'as new/showroom' condition, but we never buy in damaged or poor-condition pieces. Our item
description will always be an honest appraisal.
As from 1st Jan 2019 we are not VAT registered.
For Deliveries in the UK goods are usually shipped by First Class Standard or Recorded Post or via professional courier (usually UPS). Due to the
unique nature of our pieces, we'll be unable to supply a replacement should anything be lost en-route, so we use recorded delivery for any high value
items or unless weight/buyer’s budget prevents.
